Orders & shipping

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order total is shown before you pay through Stripe. Bad Mesa packs and ships the merchandise, including items made to order.

Ships from Weatherford, Texas within 5–7 business days. Delivery time is additional. U.S. orders only.

Shipping is $10 per order below $50 in merchandise. Orders of $50 or more in merchandise ship free.

Returns & exchanges

Contact admin@badmesa.com within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise. You pay return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide return instructions. Include your order details and let us know whether you need a return or an exchange.

Merch privacy

When you check out, Stripe collects your contact, shipping, and payment information. Bad Mesa receives the order and customer information needed to prepare and deliver your purchase, provide support, and keep business records.

Card information is entered on Stripe’s checkout page and is processed by Stripe. The Bad Mesa website does not store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy for details about its payment service.

Order information is used for payment processing, fulfillment, customer service, and recordkeeping. Delivery information is shared with shipping carriers as needed to send your order. Our website hosting and payment providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect these services.

The shop saves product selections and quantities in your browser so your bag can stay with you between visits. This saved bag does not contain your name, shipping address, or payment details. Stripe and our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technology for payment and security features.
